Stop Thinking.
Start Acting.
Practice taking action before you feel ready—with others doing the same.
You've thought about it long enough. The gap between thinking and doing? That's what this challenge closes.
Why This Works
You've thought about it long enough. Seven actions that close the gap between thinking and doing—with others doing it with you. By Day 7, you'll have proof you can move before you're ready.
What You'll Actually Do
Each day, you'll get one specific action. You'll complete it publicly—either in the community or on your own social media. You'll share what happened.
That's it.
Meet Everyone Else
Say hello to the community doing this with you. Introduce yourself. See who else showed up.
Engage Publicly
Respond to someone's work where others can see it. A comment, a reply, a reaction. Practice being visible.
Name Your Value
Identify what you're actually good at. Not what you want to be good at. What you can help someone with right now.
Make a Specific Offer
Offer to help someone with something concrete. Not "let me know if you need anything." A real, specific offer.
Share What You're Building
Post about your work before it's finished. Before it's perfect. Just share where you're at.
Test an Idea Publicly
Put something out there and see what happens. An idea, a draft, a question. Get real feedback.
Decide What's Next
Reflect on what changed. Decide if you want to keep going or if Challenge 1 was enough.
Each day unlocks at the same time you signed up. You'll get a video from me explaining what to do and why it matters. You do the action, take a screenshot or write about what happened, and share it in that day's proof thread. See what everyone else did. Comment on a few. That's how you stay accountable and build connections.
You go at your own pace. If you miss a day, you're not behind—just pick up where you left off.
What You'll Discover About Yourself
This isn't about dramatic transformation. It's about proving to yourself you can move before you're ready.
About Taking Action
You'll find that taking action gets easier with practice—momentum builds
You'll prove to yourself that the fear of acting is worse than the act itself
You'll discover that action creates opportunities you couldn't have planned for
You'll see that most people are stuck in thinking mode—acting sets you apart
About Yourself
You'll realize waiting for perfect conditions was holding you back
You'll learn that your ideas improve faster when you test them
You'll discover you're more capable of handling uncertainty than you thought
You'll see that the gap between thinking and doing is smaller than it seems
Who This Is For
This Works for People Trying To:
- Get promoted by learning to stand out and create opportunities
- Start a business by building the confidence to ship before it's perfect
- Grow a side project by testing ideas and getting real feedback
- Build connections with others trying to do the same thing
It doesn't work if you want a step-by-step formula, guaranteed outcomes, or a passive learning experience. If you're ready to try, let's go.
Start Day 1
Seven days from now, you'll know what FSTEP is about. You'll have tried it. You'll know if this is for you.
You might discover these actions aren't as uncomfortable as you imagined. That taking action gets easier with practice. That you've been overthinking when you could have been doing.
Or you might discover this isn't for you right now. Either way, you'll know.

What Happens After 7 Days?
You choose. Most people complete Challenge 1 and stay free—they got what they needed.
If you want to keep going, there's Challenge 2—a 6-week deeper dive with ongoing challenges, weekly coaching calls, and a full community of people building momentum together.
But that's a decision for Day 7. For now, just try the 7 days and see what changes.
